Payment

• Cash rewards will be deposited into the account provided by the user during the exchange process.
• Users are responsible for providing accurate payment information and ensuring its security.

Intellectual Property

• All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Corian Enterprises or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
• You may not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from the Platform without prior written consent from Corian Enterprises.

Limitation of Liability

• Corian Enterprises will not be liable for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of your use of the Platform.
• In no event shall Corian Enterprises's total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing or using the Platform.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform.

Changes to Terms

Corian Enterprise reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
